- 500ml Devilishly Delicious Crème Brûlée
- Fresh blueberries
- Sweet pastry shells
- Demerara sugar
- Fresh mint
- Pour the creme Brûle into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring regularly.
- Place fresh blueberries into a sweet pastry shell
- Pour the Crème Brûlée on top.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
