Ingredients

  • 250g blackberry puree
  • 10 g simple syrup (50 g sugar dissolved in 50 ml water)
  • 5g blackberry liquor

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Once boiled, remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Sieve the liquid then chill and churn until firm in an ice cream machine.
