Bottled Green Beans

Ingredients

  • trimmed green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC / 300ºF. Pack sterilised jars with trimmed beans, leaving an inch of space below the lid.
  2. Fill with brine and place the jars on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for about 30 minutes, remove the jars from the oven and stand for 24 hours before testing the seals.
