Ingredients

  • 225ml whipping cream
  • 225ml milk
  • 75g Strawberry Italian-Style Gelato Mix
  • 75g Vanilla Italian-Style Gelato Mix
  • 75g Chocolate Italian-Style Gelato Mix
  • 75ml Askey’s Crackin Chocolate Chunk Flavour Ice Cream Topping

To Serve

  • A few chopped pistachios and whole cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
  2. Using 75ml of the cream and 75ml of the milk, make up approx. one third of the pack of strawberry gelato mix (c. 75g) according to the pack instructions.
  3. Spoon evenly into the loaf tin and freeze for an hour or until set.
  4. Repeat step 2 with the vanilla gelato mix, spoon evenly on top of the strawberry layer and freeze for an hour or until set.
  5. Repeat step 2 with the chocolate gelato mix, spoon evenly on top of the vanilla layer and freeze for an hour or until set.
  6. Drizzle over the Askey’s Crackin Chocolate Chunk Flavour Ice Cream Topping, and top with a few chopped pistachios and whole cherries, if desired. Serve in slices.
