- 1 ripe mango ─ reserve a few small cubes for garnish
- 250g EasiYo Bio Greek yoghurt
- Runny honey, to taste
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- Blend the mango, yoghurt and honey together
- Garnish with the reserved mango cubes and mint
- Serve immediately.
Tip: For a more filling drink, add up to 4 tbsp rolled oats before blending.
