- 250g plain flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 25g caster sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 475ml milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
- Preheat the Cuisinart Waffle Maker. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a jug, break the eggs into the milk and beat together. Pour into the bowl, add the oil and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Once the Waffle Maker’s green light illuminates, pour a small ladle of batter into the centre of each waffle plate, taking care not to overfill. Close the lid and lock the handle.
- When the waffles are cooked to your liking, carefully open the lid and remove. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
