- tbsp honey
- tbsp olive oil
- brown sugar
- sprigs fresh rosemary, choppedè
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Place the chipolatas in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and oil then sprinkle with the sugar and half of the rosemary.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning once, until the sausages become a deep brown. Leave the sausages to cool ─ as they do, the surface will become sticky. Sprinkle with the remaining rosemary and serve.
